CCFE/Decisions Portfolio Requirements, 2013-2014

The student portfolio is an accumulation of works created in class along with other pieces that can be used later in life for scholarships, employment or college admissions.


This year the portfolio can be a combination of online and/or printed pieces.


On line (Can be loaded onto personal website at Weebly:
 
   Cover Letter    (omit any specific contact information)
   Skills resume (omit any specific contact information)
   Copies of best works from classes
   Transition Plan


Printed and collected in 3-ring binder
   
   Personal Data Sheet (part of senior scholarship notebook)
   Statement of Purpose (part of senior scholarship notebook)
   Transcripts (instructor will provide)
   Attendance profile (instructor will provide)
   Filled out college/post-secondary application
   FAFSA worksheet (one page only-instructor will provide)
   *Documented community service (bonus)
   *Documented job shadow (bonus)
