JOHN'S SCHOOL SITE

Photo Story~ In the early nineties we were doing a remodel we had. designed in AutoCad and I paid for an image of the design. I posted it on the job site for two months, hence the weathering. Last week I took apart cedar coffee tables I had built 48 years ago. Not wanting to throw away the weathered cedar I repurposed the cedar to make this frame to honor the faded job sign which II hang in my shop.
These are images of our current remodel project in Allyn, Washington. 20 years ago we purchased the 235 feet of wetlands/waterfront on a cove with a run down fixer upper. We added an addition on the south side (up) and live there. We kept the small garage at the bottom of the overall plan and have nearly completed the new garage. We are in a flood zone and have a permit to tear down the remaining house. We will probably modify the new house design, but this is the current iteration of that plan work. These images are created with Home Designer Pro which is linked at the bottom of the page.
