Architecture & Interior Design

Photography
Primary Goal: to become proficient photographers. We will build a website and maintain an on line portfolio. Students will have weekly assignments, learning to explore this fascinating field. |
Graphic Design:
Primary Goal: to produce illustrations, logo's, package design, posters as well as projects to be used in electronic publications.

Primary Goal: to work with motion graphics.
We explore how to create animations using the computer. We also do video editing projects. Second semester we will add building individual websites to upload our projects. |
Yearbook 2017
Primary Goal: Produce a quality yearbook that fairly reflects the major happenings of the current year that we will be proud to look at sixty years from now. |
On Line Journalism
Primary Goal: Create a timely website that promotes the unique and special events we have at our school. We will have an accurate calendar of school events, provide students with a clear voice, and feature student skills and interests with stories, video and photographic excellence. |
Core
Primary Goal: Enable students to develop their best learning path while developing personal skills and talents to create a positive and personal education at our school. |

Common Expectations for all classes:
All Riebli classes share common expectations. We simulate a work environment. This means: We arrive on time. We respect each other. When the teacher gives instruction it is quiet. Most work is project based. If we make a mess we clean it up. We each take responsibility for our learning. We put in a full day. No foul language will be tolerated: Period! No computer games if work is missing. If you can't follow these simple rules here is the drill:
First offense: Warning. Second offense: Warning plus writing assignment. Third offense: Call home. Fourth offense: Conference. |

You only go through High School once. Make the most of each day and each class. Your best chance of getting the classes you want and the experience you hope for is to have a strong relationship with a mentor, with parents, and with a counselor.
