Classroom redesign. We will use Chief Architect to split the room down the center and create a one bedroom apartment on the West side and a two bedroom apartment on the East side. The outside dimensions of the room as a box are 48' by 36'. The West apartment entry is recessed three feet and the wall containing the door is 60" from the wall to the 45 degree corner that has the window.

You are to maintain original Beam roof support (16' on center) and cannot move the two major roof support posts. You can place a roof room above if you wish (totally optional). Your completion schedule calls for printed out plans by Friday, April 11.
