Public Service Announcement Guidelines
The PSA assignment is fairly simple. You will create a video announcement that does the following:
1. Has an Introduction.
2. Has a flag salute. (You only need to voice over a flag salute. We have flag waving video to use for the video).
3. Two talking heads need to interact in covering the day’s announcements. I have given you the announcements that were used recently. Just print them out in large text and get someone to be the prompter. This video must be shot in front of the green screen. It should be a two camera shoot. Use a tripod and a mono pod or second tripod, if we have it.
Utilize chroma key to lay other video or a static image behind the talent.
4. Has a closing and something interesting, factual, funny, or entertaining to sign off with.
Your project needs to be submitted with credits at the end.
