How to make a robot
Picture
Mortise & Tenon Frame: First draw a rectangle 9" x 1.5" using the foot inch template. Extrude block up .75". Then use the tape to measure up .25" and make a mark. Draw a horizontal line across the right end. Above that draw a second horizontal line that is .25" above first horizontal line. Push the top end rectangle (1.5" x .25") in one and a half inches with push-pull tool. Double click on bottom rectangle and it will recess 1.5" automatically. Repeat at the left end except push the center piece in 1.5". Triple click and create a component. Name it "9 x 1.5 x 3/4". Now create a second mortise and tenon piece that is two inches shorter. Make it into a component named "7 x 1.5 x 3/4". Make copies and create a rectangular frame with two 9" sides and two 7" sides.
